What you need:
Card
Glue
Paintbrush
Glitters (any colour)
Scissors
Yarn or paper twine
Puncher
Pencil
Instructions:
1. Get the cardboard, draw a star, a ball, or any shape that you would like using a pencil. Cut the outline then make a hole on the sides of the cardboard using a puncher.
2. Spread the glue all over the outline. Splatter the glitters, ensuring there's no space left. Let it dry. Repeat the same process on the other side of the cardboard.
3. Once your dcor is completely dry, tap it to remove the excess glitters. String the yarn or paper twine into the hole and tie it into a knot.
